About Integria
Integria is a complete ticketing system, integrated with a powerful project management system. Also includes a inventory management subsystem, a file release/download section, a Knowledgue Base, an agenda and other useful tools for a team. Integria IMS is used to do also time tracking / time management and can use email notification (incoming/POP and outgoing/SMTP) for project management and ticketing. Enterprise version comes with a stunning automated system for user activity auditing, using a software agent which collects all user activity (by application).
Integria IMS is now in 3.0 version, and you have packages for almost any system (Linux (DEB, RPM), Windows, Solaris, BSD (tarball). You also could download it from our subversion code repository at Sourceforge.
Integrated reporting
We use graphs and HTML realtime reporting, taken for our brother project, Pandora FMS project, that uses flash graphs for interactive realtime information of course, nice GANTT reporting.
OpenSource
Since the beginning of our project, we want to make Integria IMSOpenSource, and it's licenced under GPL2 terms.
Technology
Integria is a simple AMP application: PHP5, MySQL and Apache. Could run on almost any operating system.
