Enterprise version
Enterprise version is available starting with 2.0 version. This featured version comes with three specific features that are not present in OpenSource 2.0 version:- Open Update Manager support, to be always updated and automatically get fixes and new features without maintenance or upgrade stops.
- User multi profile, group, company and acess levels. OpenSource don't have an advanced profile system.
- Enforcements of limits defined by group (max tickets per group, and other limits).
