Integria IMS includes a feature that allows you to “clock in”, that is, users can record the start of work activity, the breaks they take during their working day, specify whether they are remotely or at the workplace and end their working day. To create a history and access employees' activities, you have monthly or weekly reports.

For this feature to be visible, it is necessary to remove the hidden TRACKER entry from the Settings → Settings → Visibility manager menu.

Time tracking

Access it through the menu People → Time meter.

Activity

In the Activity section you may find a very simple view where the summary of the activity for that day is shown and three buttons that allow you to: start the activity, take a break and end the working day.Initially, the only active button is the one to start the activity since the others do not make sense if the working day has not started. When we click it, it allows you to choose the location.

Once the activity has started (in this example we have started the activity from the office), this button is disabled and the others are enabled. Additionally, the avatar with a green background is modified, corresponding to the started state.

By pausing the activity, while commuting back to home to continue working, the only possible action is to restart it. The background color of the avatar turns blue, corresponding to the paused state. When resuming the activity, you again have the options for pausing or finishing working hours. Once the day is over, click finish and you'll have have the day's data available for use in reports. The avatar's background color turns red, corresponding to the finished state.

Team

In this view there is a list with all the team members, their current status, location and contact form.

Weekly

In this section there is a detailed report per week.

It can be filtered by user and you may go from one week to another. As you can see in the following image, a summary of the activity for the week is shown and then the detail by day.

Monthly

In this section there is a monthly detailed report.

It can be filtered by user and you may go from one month to another. As you can see in the following image, a summary of the activity for the month is shown and then the detail by day.
